Shipping Info: Vinyl: Tracked (but not signed-for) is currently used for all of our orders. Shipping is from Luxembourg and parcels can be tracked via trackandtrace.lu .
Return Policy: Vinyl: In all cases, contact us first with any problems as we may be able to sort something out. If you wish to return your record, we can offer you a refund if the record is sent back to us with its shrink-wrap intact. The cost of return postage will have to be covered by the buyer.
